most concrete testament to the versatility and depth
of our design staff is the following portfolio of our
metal fabrication projects. These projects run the gamut
of architectural metal fabrication. Likewise, the complexity
of metal fabrication demanded by these projects was
extraordinary.

Mayo
Foundation Gonda Building, 
Rochester, Minnesota
This
project, completed in 2000, included, 285,000
lbs. (39,900 brake shapes) of specialty
stainless steel, 67,000 lbs of aluminum
in assorted shapes, 1700 ACM panels and
over 800 Louvers.

Tellabs,
Naperville, Illinois
Completed
in 2000, the Tellabs project included: radius
wall panels, large column covers, soffit, fascia,
straight wall panels and many challenging angles
and pitches on the unique roof line.

Soldier
Field,
Chicago, Illinois
The
renovation of this famous professional sports
landmark (home of the Chicago Bears) was completed
in 2003. It involved fabricating 37,000 lineal
feet of a "decorative eyebrow," a decorative
piece of stainless steel, extremely difficult
to bend. As well as supplying numerous anodized
aluminum brake shapes and assemblies.

Huston
Community College, Health Prof. Bldg
Houston, TX
This
is a very large canopy with panels, column covers
and a sunscreen (Jalousie style). Composed of
a grid of 1/8" aluminum brake shapes (900
Lin. FT), panels and 2400 Lin FT of interlocking
1" x 4" tubular metal, complete in 1999.

Ghana, Africa
Aluma
Fab laminated 35,000 SQ FT of ¼" honeycomb
panel system and 8,000 SQ FT of 5/8" honeycomb
panel system for this facility. The 5/8"
panels were fabricated with 72" wide .063
" aluminum material. It was completed in
2003.

Rock
& Roll Hall of Fame
Cleveland, OH.
This
project was completed in 1995. In excess of 750
pieces - .090" flat and curved aluminum wall
panels. The panels were perforated and have acoustical
insulation attached. Panels were finished with
three-Coat Kynar XL in four custom colors. These
panels are especially noteworthy for their aesthetic
beauty.

(Automated Guide way Transit System)O'Hare Airport
- Chicago, IL
Completed
in 1993. The scope of this project included, but
not limited to the following: Aluminum exterior
wall panels with foam insulation, column covers
and parapet caps. Also included in the scope were
stainless steel escalator, stairway and elevator
panels along with over 650 lineal feet of light
troughs.
