The processes used for sheet metal fabrication continues to change at ALUMA-FAB as we add new equipment each year. Customer CAD drawings can now be sent electronically, and downloaded to the latest CNC equipment.

CUT TO LENGTH (CTL)/SLITTING
The competition in today's market requires a competitive edge. The CTL & Slitting process gives ALUMA-FAB that competitive edge, by purchasing material in coil and also slitting to width with our in-line slitting eliminates normal shearing operations.
SHEARING
Shears are used to blank flat sheet to size. Front or Back gauging allows for precision blanking to meet tight tolerance work. Tight shearing tolerance with these added features on our shear assist in quality control. A precision part in the beginning operation helps assure quality in the fabrication process.
BENDING (Braking)
Press brakes are used to form parts to dimensions shown on a drawing. These machines are precise and consistent in the operation of forming.
WELDING
Complicated assemblies, sometimes requires welding of many parts together to produce a complete unit. ALUMA FAB has the equipment and supplies for welding all types of architectural metals and ACM plastic core.

INSPECTION
Quality Control plays a extremely important roll in the fabrication process. High quality standards require monitoring the fabrication process throughout production until it is crated for shipment.
SHIPMENTS
ALUMA FAB fabricates and ships to the project schedule. Our product is carefully crated and shipped with protection of the product to arrive in superior condition.
