Aluma
Fab fabricates wall panels typically with
.125" aluminum plate or 4mm aluminum
composite material.
However, wall panels are also available
in .090", .080" or .063"
thicknesses and 3mm or 6mm composite.
Stainless steel panels can be fabricated
with 14, 16, 18 or 20 gauge.

Both
round column
covers and beam wraps can be rolled
as small as 8" in diameter, with a
maximum length of 15 feet. Typically square
and rectangular covers can be formed to
16 feet maximum length, width is restricted
only to flat stock availability. Longer
lengths of all column covers and beam wraps
are available by adding joints.
These
products are available in aluminum at .125"
thick and also .090" or .063".
ACM (aluminum composite material) is available
in 4mm and 6mm. Stainless steel or steel
is available from 18 to 14 gauge.

Panels
are available in; aluminum, stainless steel
or steel.
As
with wall panels, Aluma Fab typically fabricates
Soffit and Fascia panels with .125"
aluminum plate, panels are also available
in .090", .080" and .063".
Minimum thicknesses are: .040" in aluminum
and 22 gauge in steel.

Typically
these panels are made from pre-finished
coil up to 1/16" thick.
Options
for materials are: aluminum, stainless steel
or steel.
Laminated
panel cores can be fabricated from: aluminum
honeycomb; kraft paper honeycomb; polyisocyanurate;
or expanded polystyrene (eps), hardboard
or plywood.

brake shapes include: roof copings, window
sills, flashing, parapet caps and brake
shape cladding etc.. and are available in
aluminum, stainless steel, ACM and steel.
